Ginza Coffee

Ginza Coffee - an individual serving

A friend came back from Japan with a very cool pack of individual coffee servings.  You open the pack, spread the little filter apart, hook the paper handle on your coffee cup and then boil some water.  Carefully pour the water into the filter and let it steep for 3 minutes.  It’s perfect for the office or on a camping trip.

I got a kick out of the package too.  It’s written in Japanese and features an endorcement photo from what appears to be a respected chef in the upper right corner of the package.  Is he the Wolfgang Puck of the coffee world?

That sounds very interesting….sort of an early version of the Keurig? Love your blogs, by the way!

  2. This is so cool! And I’m such a sucker for “gadgets”….
